What is required to create the personalised crystal?
All we need from you to process your crystal is:
Choose the type of Crystal you would like.
Send a soft copy of the photo via email to us, or
Send a hard copy of the photo via mail to us,
If required specify any text you would like to add to the crystal of your choice and the location of the text on the crystal. We will then send you a mock up for your approval. Once ready, the personalized Crystal will then be shipped out to you for you to enjoy. Back to Top
How long will my order take to process?
We guarantee that your order will be processed within 5 business days and sent out to you, but if you require your order urgently please advise us and we will try to meet your request Back to Top
How long does it take to ship and send the crystals?
If your order is placed within Australia, delivery via Australia Post will arrive within approx 2-4 business days Back to Top
