What colour ribbons do we have? Can I use my own ribbon?

The quality of the ribbon is very important for the print to adhere to. All our ribbons are pre-tested so to save on time and wastage, we are only able to use our own supply.  Ribbon colours are as listed on the link.

What colour foils can we print?

We can print ribbons with the following foil colours that are in stock : silver, gold, black, We also have metallic gold and metallic silver but they are only available on request and is not part of this listing..

Can we do samples?

Absolutely! We can supply you with a sample for a small fee.  We want to get the product to perfection and our customers optimal satisfaction.  We will always recommend the most suitable style and will endeavour to achieve the best possible outcome. 

Can we do business logos?

Yes we can, however it needs to be in a black and white jpeg image. We will provide all businesses with a free sample before printing.

When is delivery?

Depending on your location, stock availability and volume of customer orders, we normally have it ready and delivered within 2 to 7 working days.

What if I am unhappy with the ribbon?

Contact us immediately only if it is our fault.. We will then either reprint your ribbon, if the error is ours, or refund your deposit for item only.  You must however, send us back your faulty ribbon.
